- Parent document of the property.
- Sale deed of the property.
- Encumbrance certificate for 33 years.
- Up-to-date Property Tax Receipt.
- Up-to-date Electricity Bill & EB Card..
- Income proof of all working individuals in the family.
- Photo of the Property in an elevated front view and a Photo covering the inner view.

KYC Documents required for Registered Mortgage Loan

Proof of Identity – Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PAN Card (anyone).
Proof of Address – Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Property Tax Bill & Lease Deed (anyone).
Two Passport size photographs.
Rupees One hundred for Membership Enrolment.
Rupees Three hundred for opening Savings Deposit Account.
